Stress Management Workshop

A hands-on rational and `irrational’ approach to increasing corporate and personal effectiveness in managing undue stress.

Cost saving measures in the long run reduce mental and emotional breakdowns and increase productivity. More and more people experiences stress on the job. The effects can be grim. For the individual, undue stress can lead to deteriorating health and a variety of social problems. For the company, it often means low employee morale and declining productivity.

In this one- day seminar we will tackle the problem of stress in the individual and workplace at its source that is in the mind of the sufferer. It will be a time-out to evaluate and work through issues for personal and collective need for emotional fulfillment or wisdom.

Methodology

This course will include indoor activities, fun, games and playing together to de-stress, building team spirit and filling the emotional banks with power affirmations. There will be a seminar workbook and other help provided to make personal application to leave de-stressed.
